Day 1ARRIVAL LUCKNOW - NEPALGUNJ

Welcome to your Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Helicopter – Ex Lucknow’ tour! On arrival, transfer from the airport / railway station in Lucknow to the hotel in Nepalgunj.
Note: Reach Lucknow on or before 13:00 hours. Overnight in Nepalgunj.

Day 2NEPALGUNJ – SIMIKOT

This morning, drive to the airport to board your flight to Simikot (3000 mts). Flight 45 mins. On arrival at Simikot, proceed to your hotel. Post Lunch proceeds to hike to the Shiva Mandir and get acclimatized to high altitude. The rest of the day is at leisure for leisure activities.
Overnight in Simikot.

Day 3SIMIKOT - HILSA (BY HELICOPTER) – PURANG

This morning, check out and drive to the airport to board the helicopter from Simikot for a 15minute ride to Hilsa (3705 m). Complete the Nepal side immigration formalities i.e. to put exit stamp on your passport and proceed to Hilsa. On reaching Hilsa, cross the bridge and enter the China side to reach the Sher Village to complete the Chinese immigration formalities. Post formalities, drive to Taklakot (4,025 m / 30km / approx. 1hour drive)) also known as and check in to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.
Overnight in Purang.

Day 4PURANG – MANSAROVAR

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Mansarovar (4500 meters / approx. 3 hours drive) to get the first view of the holy Mt. Kailash and the beautiful lake. On arrival at Lake Mansarovar, do the parikrama, perform puja and take a holy dip in the lake. Later, proceed to the guest house and check in. The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

Day 5MANSAROVAR – DARCHEN

Perform puja at Mansarovar in the morning. After breakfast, drive to visit Chiu Gompa then transferred to Darchen (30 Kms 1 Hour) (4675 Mts). Check in to the Guesthouse . The rest of the day is at leisure to explore Darchen at your own pace.
Overnight in Darchen.

Day 6DARCHEN - YAM DWAR - (TREK TO) DIRAPUK (4750 MTS)

This morning, leave for Tarboch Flag Pole the first prostration point, -an auspicious gateway and the sky burial ground. Then visit Yam Dwar (4675 m ) and a further visit to Sershong (8 km). Start the trek to Dirapuk (4765 m / walk 3-4 hours).
Overnight in Dirapuk.

Day 7DIRAPUK – ZUTHULPHUK

Today’s trek is amongst the toughest trek of the entire Mt. Kailash Parikrama which includes a steep climb up to Dolma La Pass. It is not only the highest altitude that makes the trek difficult but also the weather could change at any moment. One gets a very fine and marvellous view of Gaurikund down the pass. Offer prayers, relax and later, proceed to the guesthouse in Zuthulphuk. The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax and unwind.

Day 8ZUTHULPHUK - DARCHEN – PURANG

This morning, the parikrama ends near Darchen (4664 m, 14 km 3-4 hours ), drive to Purang (150 km) The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities

Day 9PURANG - HILSA – SIMIKOT

Today, check out and drive to the airport in Hilsa to board the helicopter to Simikot. On arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel in Simikot and check in.

Day 10SIMIKOT – NEPALGUNJ – DROP AT LUCKNOW AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION

After breakfast, proceed to airport in Simikot to board the flight to Nepalgunj. On arrival, you will be transferred to the airport / railway station in Lucknow for your onward journey.
