I am a seasoned professional and business leader having over 2 decades of rich and insightful experience across roles involving, Management, Business leadership and Operational Management. This entail diverse industry exposure of Travel Industry including, maintaining the key business account and setting up strong distribution network for B2B business. I bring with me experience of working closely with varied people and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives as well as strategies towards common organizational goal. Over the years, I have gained expertise across a gamut of areas including General Management, Business Development, Customer engagement and Stake holder Management. My role has also been in the field of Integrated Marketing Communication, Strategic Planning and Execution, while bringing best practices into the organization, that have led to optimization and effective controls. Successful stakeholder engagement entails driving interaction among customers, internal teams and senior decision makers. Leveraging strength and filling gaps have been critical to various roles that I have played over the years.

I have evolved over the years ( I started as an Executive Sales – Channel Development ) and currently handle end to end responsibilities of strategy, sales, marketing and other operations for entire channel and manage the P&L activities. Apart of that have travelled different part of the world and have in depth knowledge of destinations and their best offerings with overall strong connect with different DMC and strategic partners.
